Welcome to Obedience. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:


 

1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or placing an order with Obedience., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

2. Payments

 

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (Shopify/Stripe/PayPal).

  • You agree that you are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

 

 

3. Sales, Refunds, & Returns

 

  • All sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that your order cannot be returned or refunded except for items that are damaged or defective during shipping.

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery via connect@liveobedience.com or Facebook DM at @Liveobedience to request a replacement.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier, usually 3–7 business days for US orders.

  • Obedience. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

 

 

 

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our policies regarding final sales, shipping, and damaged items.

 

  • Initiating a chargeback for a valid order may result in the loss of account privileges and legal action if abuse is suspected.

  • We reserve the right to provide proof of order acceptance, shipping, and delivery to your bank or payment provider in the event of a dispute.

 

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

  • All content on the Obedience. website, including images, text, designs, logos, and product descriptions, are the property of Obedience.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obedience. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or inability to purchase from our store.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
